Pre-service teacher were an education student involved in real world of teaching. They were supervised by their designated cooperating teacher that they guide them on how to manage the classroom and instructional responsibilities. It is the application on the learning we have in our four year study in our institution. In this, we learn on how to make a lesson plan, strategies and evaluating the diverse culture of students.
As a pre-service teacher, I have experience everything both to my cooperating teacher and to my students. I’ve learned many things in my pre-service teaching, especially on how to deal to the students with different attitude. You must think on what strategy I used in order to have a teaching-learning process. Being a pre-service teacher is challenging role in dealing with student, you must have to motivate them that studying hard is one of the asset to one’s success.
Getting along with the students, sharing laughter, and greeted you is one that motivated to teach them. Even if there are students that naughty instead take as a challenge, you have to encourage them that there is no learning that they if they continue of that kind of attitude. I am proud that they are listen of what I have advice to them; we are develop the harmonious relationship between the students and teacher.
In this pre-service teaching, I have many learning that I gain, I realized that you must not work for complete the requirement and I have some accomplishment that I treasure. I share to them that even you are not so bright; you must have to work hard in order to attain your goal. My experience in this training, give me realization of what is the world of teaching on how to deal with diverse students.
